I pursued a Master of Computer Applications at Gujarat Technological University, diving deep into programming, algorithms, and the vast ocean of data science. This wasn't just education — it was a transformation.

At Firstsource Solutions, I learned the art of human connection, achieving a 98% customer satisfaction rating and understanding that technology exists to serve people. At Maxgen Technologies, I built machine learning models, explored NLP, and fell in love with the magic of turning raw data into intelligent predictions.

Today at MiCoB Pvt. Ltd., I've evolved into a role that combines everything I love — managing logistics operations, creating 3D models in Blender for truck simulation and warehouse space optimization, and using data to drive smarter business decisions.

I am driven by a simple belief: Technology should amplify human potential, not replace it.

Whether I'm analyzing inventory data, designing a 3D warehouse layout, or building a machine learning model, my goal is the same — to find the signal in the noise, the pattern in the chaos, the opportunity in the challenge.
